Organist, Tom Williams is a life-long member of Friedens, where his great grandfather was a charter member. His degrees are from Butler University. Tom did additional graduate work at Union Theological Seminary. After working in several different churches he returned to his home church in 1996. As a teacher for IPS, Tom taught vocal music at the high school and elementary levels. Since retirement he has enjoyed teaching private piano. Tom accompanies the choirs and plays for the Liturgical and Sanctuary Services. "One of my fondest memories at Friedens was watching the Schlicker Organ being installed in 1977, and then getting to play it for the first time."
