Marc Hayden, Pastor
Marc brings a lot of experience to his work at Friedens UCC, along with a passion to continue to learn and add value to the practice of pastoral ministry. Marc is committed to living his gifts by engaging in ministry on a team. He enjoys collaborating with the church staff and Council of Ministry Leaders to advance Friedens’ mission of sharing the love of Christ with all people. Pastor Sarah Haas
Sarah is very grateful for the opportunity to serve with Friedens United Church of Christ. She works closely with the Christian Education Ministry Team, the Treasure Seekers Ministry Team, and the Engaging Young Adults initiative. She also works as an occupational therapist in the Center Grove Schools. Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, extended family and friends, spending time outside, and reading. Heidi Richmond, Office Manager
A long-time member of Friedens, Heidi took on the role of office manager in 2017. In addition to preparing our weekly worship materials and newsletters, she supports our pastors, music staff, and ministry teams, and works closely with our building partners. In her free time, Heidi enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, watching movies, and practicing yoga.
Kristin Petty - Director of Music
Kristin grew up at Friedens Church and has served as Director of Music since 2015. Kristin has always been drawn to sacred music, and finds singing hymns to be the most worshipful part of a church service. She works closely with the Pastoral Staff and the music team to ensure that the music enhances worship and lifts up the message of the week
